Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Normal delivery time: 5–8 working days across most cities in India.

  • Remote areas, tier‑3 / tier‑4 cities, or hilly regions may take up to 10–12 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may increase during festivals, sales, or peak seasons due to higher order volume.

3. Shipping Areas

  • We ship all over India.

  • Shipping to some very remote or restricted areas may be limited or charged extra; customers will be informed before dispatch.

4. Shipping Partners

  • Orders are dispatched through reliable courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, Shiprocket, or similar services.

  • The exact courier is chosen based on your location and delivery speed.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via WhatsApp / SMS / email.

  • You can use this tracking ID to check the live status of your shipment on the courier’s website or app.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary by weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping offers (if any) will be mentioned clearly on the product page or during checkout.

  • Any extra charges for remote areas will be informed to you before dispatch.

7. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

  • The courier may make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery is missed due to no one being available, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

  • In case of a return, you may need to pay reshipping charges to get the order delivered again.

8. Address & Contact Details

  • Please ensure your name, address, pin code, phone number, and email are correct at checkout.

  • Wrong or incomplete details may delay delivery or cause return of the package.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos or video of the damaged package / product

  • We will coordinate with the courier and either replace or refund as per the situation.

  • By placing an order, you agree to this shipping policy.
